[Git Actions] Warning: Failed to download action XXXXXXX: Response status code does not indicate success: 503 (Service Unavailable) 에러

Intro

API 배포 중 갑자기 다음의 에러가 발생했습니다. 

 

Warning: Failed to download action action-slack-notify Error: Response status code does not indicate success: 503 (Service Unavailable) 

 

Why?

deploy 관련해서 수정사항이 없었는데도, 불구하고 에러가 발생해서 무슨일인가 싶었습니다. 구글링 시작...

비슷한 에러가 발생한 것 같아 글을 읽어봤는데요, 불과 몇분 전부터 계속 comment가 실시간으로 달리더라고요! github 내 에러인 것 같았어요. 몇분 후에 다시 배포해보니, 정상 작동했습니다 :) 이런 케이스도 있어서 신기했네요.
